The Approach
Aira's strategy for Hybrid Air Vehicles focused on a comprehensive HubSpot onboarding process. We seamlessly transitioned HAV to HubSpot Marketing Pro and Sales Pro, meticulously importing their existing contacts and valuable historical sales notes. To ensure a smooth workflow, we integrated HubSpot with their daily tools: Outlook, Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Teams. This allowed HAV's team to access HubSpot data and notifications directly within their familiar environment, and automatically track sales communications and meetings.
Rather than pushing for costly customisations, we helped them optimise their processes to work with HubSpot's powerful automation capabilities, making their operations more efficient and effective from the outset. We also provided the team at HAV training in the new processes to ensure all members of the sales and marketing teams understood the new systems in place.
