As a fast-growing startup with a rapidly expanding global presence, Veriff realized they needed to start investing more time and effort into SEO. A lot of their traffic was coming from paid ads, and they wanted to start attracting more traffic through organic search channels.

When Yuriy’s marketing team started working with Aira, they began seeing results almost immediately.
‘They were exactly the kind of results-driven partner we needed,’ Yuriy says. ‘They provided detailed reporting and dashboards that showed us how our investment in SEO was paying off. We started seeing results very quickly.’
Working with an outside agency also helped Veriff embrace some changes that seemed counterintuitive at first.
‘They gave us recommendations to add phrases like “software” and “platform” to our titles. We were a little hesitant because that didn’t align with our branding. But they used clever styling for H tags so we could benefit from the keywords, without detracting from our branding,’ Yuriy says. ‘That improved our search visibility and rankings significantly. It helped us establish trust early on.’
After a few months, Veriff raised their series B, and they seized the opportunity to expand their relationship with Aira. They began working together on HubSpot deployment, digital PR, website content auditing, and content creation.
‘We had a discussion with Aira about our ultimate goals for demand generation and lead generation, and how to attract more traffic that would convert,’ Yuriy says. ‘And they came back with a really thorough proposal to help us accelerate our work.’
Yuriy was especially pleased with Aira’s work in digital PR, which helped Veriff establish its domain authority and drive web traffic in more creative ways.
‘It’s been really valuable because it establishes Veriff as a trustworthy brand in the minds of consumers,’ Yuriy says. ‘The results have been very good.’
Over time, Veriff’s partnership with Aira has deepened even further: they share Slack channels to communicate, and both sides feel comfortable sharing ideas and feedback on strategies.

After nearly a year of working with Aira, Veriff has seen a huge increase in inbound traffic and is well on track to exceed its revenue goals for the year. In nine months, the company was already 88% of the way towards reaching its revenue target for 2021.
‘The changes we’re seeing aren’t small,’ Yuriy says. ‘We’re seeing double and triple-digit increases in inbound traffic.’
Plus, much more of that traffic is coming from organic search, and the quality of the traffic has improved.
‘Before, the majority of our inbound traffic came from paid advertising, which can be quite expensive,’ he explains. ‘Now it’s 50% organic, and 50% paid. The investments we’ve made in SEO, and especially in partnering with Aira, have definitely paid off.’
Across the board, Aira has helped Veriff meet or exceed its traffic targets:
They exceeded their Q1 sessions goal by 64%, and their Q2 sessions goal by 35%. Overall, sessions increased by 53%.
The on-page optimisations that Aira recommended led to a 31% increase in clicks, and a 71% increase in impressions.
Yuriy is thrilled with the results, and with Veriff’s ongoing partnership with Aira.
