A practical, business-minded approach to Digital PR which doesn’t dampen our creativity.

This is what you can expect when you choose Aira as your Digital PR agency:

Auditing your website, link profile, coverage, and competitors is one thing. Understanding your industry and audience is another.

Our team identifies which pages and sections of your site would benefit from a boost in topical authority, the types of publications we should be targeting and the tactics which will help the brand land in those places.

At the same time, we invest in understanding how you sell, who you sell to, and the real-world trends that impact you.

We prioritise activity and stories that align closely to the brand and target audience, their needs, wants and desires - to drive relevancy and ultimately, business growth.

This not only helps stories resonate with key target press, and helps get in front of the right people to build brand awareness. It ensures greater site relevance, more relevant coverage overall, and consequently more relevant traffic.

This focus got a little lost among some other digital PRs over the years, taking a back seat in the drive to acquire links. However, this is key in helping drive the right coverage, and ultimately business growth.

We prioritise our Digital PR activity based on the answer to the question ‘What types of PR activity will drive results’?

Rather than relying solely on either big flashy campaigns, or reactive activity, we use a combination of tactics based on the needs of your business and the outcomes of our analysis, and map these across the partnership. This is a working timeline; we can dial these tactics up and down throughout our partnership, based on the news agenda and learnings from working together.

Equally, if we see a big opportunity to change tact, we will let you know. Being agile and flexible is key to maximising coverage opportunities.

You'll know clearly what to expect month over month.

Our team manages digital PR from strategy through to execution, outreach and reporting.

We start by taking insights from our analysis into creative ideation sessions, to come up with the best, informed, ideas. These are then run through a rigorous internal QA process to ensure ideas are robust and add something new to trending topics.

Our team manages production, including copy and design, if required, and will work with relevant brand stakeholders for approval. The deep understanding of the idea, from managing it end-to-end, helps the team understand all angles for their outreach, and leads to another level of determination to see it succeed.

All too often the impact of PR activity isn’t fully leveraged.

Our PR team works seamlessly with our SEO team to ensure any content we create is fully-optimised, and that the authority signals from the coverage we generate are passed to the pages and sections of your site that need it.

They also check that there’s nothing from a technical POV that would hold back the impact of any activity.

We also collaborate with owned and paid media teams to maximise exposure to stories, where relevant.

Collaboration doesn’t stop there. If you want to be involved in creative brainstorms with the team, earlier on in the process, all you need to do is ask!

‘What's the ROI’?

There's nothing sexy we can say about tracking. But there's plenty to be said about the value that comes with knowing how your investment is paying off.

We connect the dots between coverage, changes in rankings, AIOs and LLM features, traffic… and the stuff you actually care about: driving leads and sales.

‘What did we learn—and what's next’?

We continually learn, adapt, and respond to changes in both your market and the algorithm.

Reporting is not a singular event—it's an ongoing, two-way discussion throughout our partnership.

We’ll adapt the way we communicate and report based on your preferences.

Here's what only Aira will tell you:

Digital PR might not be right for you.

What’s more important: the results you get from your marketing, or the channels you use?

10/10 sensible people agree: it’s the results.

So if a digital PR agency wasn’t the best investment for your business, wouldn’t you want a partner who’d speak up?

But we can help you find what is.

Aira has experts across every channel collaborating on your account—so we don’t have to force a fit that isn’t there. We start with goals, THEN we choose channels.

You’re gaining a partner willing to say ‘no’— and then show you where the highest returns for _your business_ are based on your situation and goals. We can even discuss flexing budget between our services over the course of our partnership to deliver the best impact for you.

A great process is a good start— but great people make all the difference.

Meet a few of the folks you’ll have in your corner. Imagine—an agency you’ll actually like working with!

Q&A for the curious

Generally, we work best with clients who can invest at least £3,000 a month. That said, the more you have to work with, the faster we can move, and the more we can tackle for you.

Can’t quite reach that far? We’re excellent at helping clients prioritise the spend they have for maximum impact.

Let us know what’s workable for you, and we’ll point you in the right direction.

We thrive in situations where we can get in the weeds, understand your audience/offer/sales cycles, and identify multiple unique, on-brand opportunities and angles to go after over time.

That takes considerable upfront work, and the results only improve with ongoing learning and refinement that comes with really getting to know an audience and industry.

For those reasons, we'd usually recommend a 12-month contract so you can really see the positive results of the activity. But, if you’re working to a tighter deadline, or have another contract length in mind, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Like every Digital PR agency, capacity changes from quarter to quarter and month to month. We're an agency that makes things happen, and to do that, we know our growth is tied to yours.

We have a usual onboarding time of only a few weeks from contracts—this can sometimes change, but we'll be upfront about it with you.

When we begin working together we’d love to get some time from you to give us as much information about the brand as possible - we call this a brand immersion. This helps the team really get under the skin of the brand and reduces time required from you later on, especially when it comes to feedback and approvals.

During our partnerships, input from you depends on how involved you’d like to be!

We run our PR activity from end-to-end, so at a minimum we’re looking for time to approve our ideas and content.

We can tailor regular comms and calls around your preferences too - so if you’d prefer to catch-up less often and get a quick update message on Slack, we can work to that too. We’ll discuss all this as we start working together.

In Digital PR we can’t guarantee that every activity will land coverage and links. In fact, almost a third of PRs and SEOs have launched a campaign which landed 0 links/coverage.

Creative storytelling is a key part of our jobs. So when something isn’t working, we’ll go back into a brainstorm to uncover new angles, updates and hooks to try and get as much as possible from the activity. If this doesn’t help, we’ll move onto the next story and come back to it at a later date - after all, sometimes it’s all about timing.

This is why we usually recommend an approach which blends multiple tactics and activities over the period of our partnership, to allow for instances where this happens, but ensure we can consistently drive coverage over time.

When it comes to wider impact, if Digital PR isn’t having the benefit we’d hope for, we have a team of SEO specialists who can help problem solve and inform strategy moving forward.

If you have technical SEO nailed, with a solid foundation, and need help to increase brand visibility and topical authority to support search visibility, then digital PR might be for you.

Digital PR works best for brands who have internal experts who can provide insight around trending topics, even if we help drafting commentary. It’s most effective for those who have some creative freedom around the content that can be created, as although we pride ourselves in staying relevant and keeping the target audience in mind, we like to make our campaigns innovative and engaging to create a buzz. It’s also best suited to those who have limited brand and internal restrictions around outreach - as this allows us to work quickly, flexibly and capitalise on all relevant coverage opportunities.

We’re not ones to blow our own trumpet. But our clients play a little jazz.

Getting started is as easy as having a conversation.
